Job summary

Human Intelligence is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and executive leadership to ensure the CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation.
Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing.
Strong troubleshooting capability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Design and build GoHighLevel sales funnels, websites, landing pages, CRM pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, emails and SMS campaigns, and workflow automations.
Optimize CRM and customer journeys to improve lifecycle automation and lead routing.
Apply AI to planning, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting of workflows.
Improve account structure, workflows, page speed, automation reliability and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR and leadership.
Maintain thorough documentation and continuously improve every workflow.
