Storm Ideas is hiring an AI Social Media Coordinator to manage the day-to-day social presence for major US TV and entertainment brands. This is a fully remote role available anywhere in the Philippines, with standard hours Tue–Sat, aligned to Pacific Time, and a focus on accurate publishing and client-safe content.

You will use AI-enabled workflows to speed up coordination, approvals, and reporting, while maintaining high quality and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on social media coordination, publishing, community, content operations, or adjacent digital experience.
• Practical AI fluency: you have used AI tools in real work, study, or personal projects, and can explain how you check their output.
• Strong attention to detail, especially around copy, timing, assets, approvals, account selection, links, platform requirements, and final pre-publish checks.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain what is done, what is blocked, what is risky, and what needs a decision.
• Strong organisation and workload management across multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Put the client experience and publishing accuracy at the heart of everything you do.
• Optimise YouTube content with effective titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and publishing checks.
• Schedule, review, and coordinate social content across YouTube channels and social networks.
• Support day-to-day community management across client social channels by monitoring and responding to audience comments and messages in line with agreed brand guidance, and escalating sensitive or complex interactions appropriately.
• Coordinate with client contacts and Storm’s content production, copywriting, captioning, and social teams so work moves without avoidable gaps or surprises.
