Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing social media and content marketing strategies.
• Exceptional short-form video editing skills with a strong portfolio.
• Experience editing longer educational/YouTube videos.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube.
• Ability to develop hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with AI in content creation and editing workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish content across social media, YouTube, and email.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels/TikTok/Shorts and longer YouTube videos.
• Plan content calendars andideo topics with the team.
