RemoteVA is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. This part-time, 20 hours/week remote role operates on EST-friendly hours.

You will edit for social channels like TikTok and YouTube, using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI editing tools to streamline workflows, add captions, and enhance visuals while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in major editing software listed.
• Hands-on experience with AI editing tools.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, color grading, and audio editing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and ads.
• Use AI video editing tools to streamline workflows, enhance visuals, generate captions, and improve production quality.
• Create engaging transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and color corrections.
• Incorporate stock footage, music, and graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling video content.
• Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends and AI technologies.
