You will own video editing, graphic design, and AI-driven content creation across social, ads, and digital channels, collaborating with a small team and a Marketing Assistant.

The position emphasizes hands-on execution, strong creative judgment, and a proactive approach to new AI tools while maintaining on-brand quality and consistency across assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in video editing or creative production.
• Experience creating short-form video for social media.
• Graphic design experience and video editing capability.
• Experience with AI-powered content creation.
• Ability to work remotely with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs, raw footage, B-roll, and brand assets into polished video content for social media and ads.
• Edit short-form videos and repurpose content for different platforms.
• Select footage and hooks to maximize engagement and commercial impact.
• Produce and organize content in line with the content calendar.
• Create high-quality static graphics and digital assets per brand guidelines.
• Adapt assets for campaigns across formats and channels.
• Use AI tools to enhance video, graphics, and animations while ensuring brand alignment.
• Experiment with new AI tools to improve workflow and output.
