Job summary

ALORIVO, a US-focused DTC brand, seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads, testing, and growth across the funnel. You will work with AI-assisted workflows and a creator team to test hypotheses and improve profitability.

You will analyze funnel performance, optimize campaigns, and push for faster learning cycles while collaborating with Growth & Operations. Remote-first, with US-market focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DTC / eCommerce performance marketing experience
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience with US / North American markets
• Experience with physical consumer products
• Strong creative testing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV and contribution margin
• Experience with Shopify or similar DTC platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and build testing structures.
• Test creatives, audiences and messaging to improve performance.
• Oversee budgets, scaling and key metrics like CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR and AOV.
• Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and propose experiments.
• Collaborate with creator/content teams for AI-assisted testing.
• Develop hypotheses and turn insights into new creative variations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Work with Growth & Operations to execute website and funnel experiments.
