Cased is seeking an experienced AI Video Ad Creator to produce direct-response AI-generated video advertisements for paid distribution on U.S. Meta platforms. You will turn provided ideas into high-converting, test-ready ads and work independently while contributing fresh ideas.

In this remote, conversion-focused role, you’ll optimize for key metrics, iterate on creatives based on data, and stay current with AI video tools, tokens, and best practices to drive performance for ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating AI-generated video ads that have been used as paid ads on U.S. Meta platforms for ecommerce brands.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant AI video advertising experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI video generation tools.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and conversion-focused advertising.
• Ability to work efficiently with AI generation tokens and achieve quality results with minimal attempts.
• Ability to accurately execute a written script or creative brief without extensive direction.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and handle a high volume of creative production.
• Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Turn provided scripts and concepts into finished, test-ready AI video ads optimized for Meta.
• Create AI UGC-style ads, VSL-style ads, and AI b-roll using modern AI video generation tools.
• Apply direct-response techniques such as strong hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, text overlays, retention-focused pacing, and clear CTAs.
• Produce a high volume of ad variations from each script or concept.
• Use AI generation tokens efficiently by carefully planning shots and prompts and minimizing unnecessary generations.
• Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI video models and tools and use whichever tools produce the strongest results.
