ELVTR, an online education company, seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to own Meta Ads campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics. You will design, launch, and refine ads, while maintaining CPL and ROAS targets.

The role involves collaborating with producers, copywriters, and designers and leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes. You will test ideas, analyze results, and report on metrics with a bias for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on with conversion campaigns, performance marketing or user acquisition.
• B2 English or higher.
• Confident running Meta Ads Manager solo.
• Fluent in CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, LTV.
• Hands-on AI experience (projects, roles or experiments).

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns: build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads conversion campaigns with audience, budget, and creative rotation decisions.
• Own the numbers: monitor CPL KPI, TA vs non-TA lead quality, flag anomalies early.
• Perform QA: audiences, placements, exclusions, attribution windows, naming conventions.
• Test constantly: run A/B tests, log learnings, kill what doesn’t work.
• Collaborate with producers, copywriters, and designers using data-driven feedback.
