Job summary

Central is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-signature customer relationships, drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will configure AI agents, test experiences end-to-end, and manage ongoing customer communications.

You will engage daily with customers, troubleshoot issues, and protect revenue while identifying additional workflows to automate with our AI platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing B2B software role.
• Experience owning customer relationships or accounts directly.
• Strong spoken English and confidence in running customer calls independently.
• Proficient written communication and ability to troubleshoot configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of customers and monitor live status, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Follow up on questions, blockers, renewals, and expansions.
• Onboard customers by understanding workflows and configuring AI agents.
• Configure AI agents with prompts, flows, and scheduling settings.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed with clear context.
• Coordinate with engineering during handoffs and verify resolutions.
• Engage daily with customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and renewals.
• Protect revenue by addressing churn risk and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product to feed insights from repetitive tasks.
