Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive retention and growth across a large portfolio of advertisers on our AI-powered advertising platform. You will train customers, drive feature adoption, and steer renewals to maximize outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences and translating data into actionable insights. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success or similar role.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on outcomes.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong relationships with a large book of customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for training and product support, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Become a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising to solve problems and improve feature adoption
• Be hungry to meet targets and drive growth in your book of business, and maximize renewals and feature adoption.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering
• Help Smartly build a world-class Customer Success organization; contribute to helping team members grow, optimize processes, and enhance all customer success initiatives
