Job summary

Superside, a fully remote AI-powered creative company, is seeking a Conceptual Art Director with a passion for Generative AI to shape bold digital campaigns for global brands. You’ll partner with copywriters, strategists and creatives to bring big ideas to life with strong art direction and design execution across social, web, and video.

You’ll thrive in a globally distributed team, think big, execute beautifully, and push creative boundaries while delivering on time and on budget.

Qualifications

5+ years in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
Strong portfolio of concept-first thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Lead art direction for campaigns and video concepts, from ideation through final execution.
Design or direct the creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks.
Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity.
Build and present creative decks that clearly communicate concepts and strategy to customers.
Collaborate with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and other creatives across time zones.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget.
Push creative boundaries and evolve Superside’s conceptual capabilities.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand goals and deliver results.
