Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd seeks a Philippines-based Admin & AI Automation VA to support day-to-day admin and help improve internal systems. You will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor, working remotely with flexible hours aligned to AU business time.

The role focuses on building dashboards and automations using Claude Code and Airtable, handling documentation, scheduling, and process improvements while maintaining high accuracy and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Strong experience with AI/automation workflows or Airtable and ability to learn the other quickly.
Excellent written English and professional email communication.
High attention to detail with documentation and data.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Problem solving and proactive issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Willingness to learn new systems and skills.

Responsibilities

Build and refine internal dashboards and apps using Claude Code and Airtable interfaces.
Set up and maintain Claude and Airtable automations.
Handle builder document requests and compliance docs.
Complete and send routine forms and paperwork.
Daily job scheduling and coordination with site teams.
Maintain and improve Airtable base with data entry and fixes.
Monitor automations and address issues proactively.
Create and update SOPs as workflows evolve.
Provide estimating support when needed for larger projects.
General admin support as directed.
