Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Media Planning Assistant for a fully remote role. You will enter buys and campaigns, QA entries, manage copy grids, and track post logs across client campaigns using a proprietary system.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, autonomy, and clear communication within a fast-paced planning team. Ideal candidates bring hands-on buy entry experience, strong spreadsheet skills, and proficiency with major ad platforms (Ads Manager, Strata, Mediaocean, ADVendio).

Qualifications

• Buy/Order entry experience in media buying, order management, or ad platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong written communication and proactive collaboration with planning team.

Responsibilities

• Enter buys and campaigns into buying systems with flight dates, rates, impressions, and placements.
• Process in-flight changes such as date shifts, rate revisions, cancellations, added spots, and makegoods.
• QA entries against signed IOs and approved plans; flag discrepancies for planners.
• Maintain client copy grids to ensure current, approved copy is used.
• Collect post logs, track delivery status, and input actuals into post log reports.
• Update actual delivery and spend into the buying system by campaign.
