Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Ad Operations Training Specialist to prepare new and existing staff for accurate and compliant digital advertising operations. This individual-contributor role delivers training, assessments, and cross-training across campaigns.

The role requires at least two years in Ad Operations, experience in training, and proficiency with major ad platforms; you will develop materials, track progress, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years hands-on Ad Operations experience, including campaign setup/trafficking, QA, monitoring, reporting, optimization.
• Experience implementing or delivering structured training, onboarding, coaching, or knowledge transfer.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation in classroom and virtual environments.
• Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training for Ad Operations staff.
• Assist with client-specific and platform-specific training with SMEs and team leads.
• Translate workflows into clear, standardized training content and maintain records.
• Assess production readiness and provide coaching or remediation as needed.
• Support nesting and early production through observation and coaching.
