Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer in Cebu with a focus on accurate invoicing, AR administration, and debtor management. You will support weekly franchise revenue invoicing, handle direct debit batches, and maintain reconciliations within a two-person team. A strong ERP and Excel background is essential.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely communication, and a stable day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Onsite collaboration at our Cebu facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role or a related finance field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and revenue processing for franchise revenues and international billing.
• Accounts receivable administration including bank receipting and direct debit batches.
• Month-end support and debtor management, keeping debtor days below 30.
• Maintain billing systems and communicate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
