STAFFVIRTUAL is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work remotely, aligned with US hours. The role focuses on collecting outstanding debts, handling refunds, and maintaining customer records.

You will coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Billing to resolve disputes and ensure accurate cash applications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AR/B2B collection experience, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, numbers-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in AR and B2B collection.
• Experience with high-volume email and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving and billing dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, or mail.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up for timely payments.
• Record collection activity and customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Billing to resolve disputes.
• Prepare account statements and assist with cash applications.
• Handle large data sets in Excel using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
