The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR or related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. We offer a remote work setup with 13th month pay and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting support.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of accounting and comfort with numbers.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines independently.
• Professional and patient when assisting customers about accounts or payments.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner, association, banking, and company information professionally and confidentially.
• Assist with AR tasks, including reviewing account information and payments.
• Manage a high volume of calls and a moderate volume of emails.
• Provide timely, professional support on account and payment inquiries.
• Review account information and perform routine calculations as needed.
• Keep records organized and follow up on outstanding items.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time in a remote environment.
• Learn and follow company procedures and software systems.
• Support other accounting, customer service, and administrative tasks as needed.
