Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader in Metro Manila, working remote on day shift. You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations, and lead the AP team to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years AP experience, leadership background, and skills in NetSuite and Excel, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management. Compensation includes healthcare and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience leading or supervising an AP team.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable accounting systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and team performance.
• Lead AP staff, allocate workloads and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure invoices are coded to correct GL accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, GST, and audit standards.
