Job summary

Knoll Ridges seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully remote role serving US-based clients. You will manage the full-cycle AP process, ensure accurate coding, perform 3-way matching, and process payments while maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AP, proficiency with QuickBooks/NetSuite/SAP and Excel, and a reliable home workspace for a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Accurately code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process ACH, wire transfers, and check payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a remote setting.
