Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to provide accurate and timely support across supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and finance administration.

The role will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure invoices are verified, coded, approved, processed, and reconciled in line with established procedures, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a high-volume finance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable or finance support.
• Experience processing high-volume supplier invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GST and financial controls within AP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and core finance systems; strong data entry accuracy.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or similar systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details, supporting documentation, POs and approvals.
• Code invoices to GL accounts, cost centres, and expense categories.
• Prepare and process supplier payments and reconcile statements.
• Complete month-end AP tasks, including reporting and accruals.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve supplier/payment issues.
• Maintain AP records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GST requirements and internal controls.
