Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver high‑level tax and financial services focused on Australian frameworks. You will navigate Division 7A, CGT, and FBT matters while mentoring team members and delivering strategic advisory support.

You will lead engagements, manage workloads to target 1,400 hours, and drive process efficiency using Xero, Practice Ignition, NowInfinity, and GreatSoft in a 100% remote role from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified, or near completion.
• 3–5 years of public practice accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of Australian tax frameworks (Division 7A, CGT, FBT).
• Strong English communication and problem-solving under pressure.
• Proficient with Xero and Australian practice tools.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex Australian tax issues for high‑net‑worth and multi‑entity clients.
• Lead and coach team members; review work papers and provide feedback.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts; contribute to tax strategy.
• Manage complex engagement workflows and monitor project milestones.
• Leverage practice software to optimize accounting processes.
