TOA Global is seeking a US Staff Accountant to support end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for U.S. clients. The role involves U.S. GAAP, cloud accounting, and tax preparation under senior leadership, with daily collaboration with North American teams.

The position covers general ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and financial reporting, requiring strong Excel and QuickBooks skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Night shift work at a modern facility is offered.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in a U.S. accounting firm is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop/Online and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Tax preparation for federal/state returns under supervision.
• Maintain general ledgers and perform reconciliations.
• Handle AP/AR workflows and ensure accurate ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, trend reports, and workpapers.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams to resolve ledger issues and meet deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with firm and IRS standards.
