Responsibilities

• Process invoices for Accounts Payable with correct GL codes.
• Maintain vendor records and organize digital records.
• Process online bills for monthly payment.
• Assist month-end closing and ensure timely postings.
• Reconcile vendor statements to posted invoices.
• Assist with year-end audit as required.
• Process dealer invoices into AR systems and generate statements.
• Support AR activities including collection and communications.
