Job summary

Specialty Lifestyle Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle general accounting tasks, record all financial transactions, and assist in financial statement preparation in line with company policies.

You will compile invoices and vouchers, post transactions using spreadsheets or accounting software, monitor accounts payable, and help maintain accurate records while communicating effectively with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Finance related courses.
• Fresh graduates with exemplary academic records may be considered.
• With keen attention to details.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good oral & written communications skills.
• Highly organized, with good interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize invoices, billings, checks, vouchers, and bank statements.
• Verify and post details of business transactions using spreadsheets or accounting software.
• Compute and record other charges and costs of lost or damaged goods.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing financial information for ledger entries.
• Prepare regulatory and other financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable schedules to ensure timely payments.
• Track and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with key departments and external parties.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
