OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial workflows.

The role involves processing supplier invoices, matching to POs, handling AR tasks, and supporting collections to improve cash flow. Responsibilities include expense management, project/job administration, and onboarding/offboarding tasks, with a focus on accuracy and internal control compliance.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account assistant, accounts clerk, or full-function transactional accounting role.
• Solid understanding of core accounting functions, specifically Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic Payroll processing.
• Experience using mainstream ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, NetSuite).
• Hands-on experience using SAP Concur to manage and reconcile corporate expenses.

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, jobs and approvals.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare payment runs in accordance with payment terms.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Raise customer invoices in line with contracts and project milestones.
• Monitor debtor balances and maintain the AR ledger.
• Proactively follow up outstanding invoices and liaise with customers to resolve billing queries.
• Support cashflow management through timely collections.
