Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to manage client onboarding from engagement through setup, while supporting finance and practice administration. You will maintain client records, coordinate tax workflows using Xero Practice Manager, prepare professional client communications, and assist in onboarding offshore team members as the business grows.

Candidates should have AU accounting practice experience, strong English, and hands‑on Xero experience; benefits

• Experience in an AU accounting practice
• Strong administration and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with Xero is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding from engagement through setup
