Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to manage client onboarding from engagement through setup, while supporting finance and practice administration. You will maintain client records, coordinate tax workflows using Xero Practice Manager, prepare professional client communications, and assist in onboarding offshore team members as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in an AU accounting practice
• Strong administration and coordination experience
• Hands-on experience using Xero (highly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a growing team

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Xero Practice Manager, Xero Tax, Ignition, Harvest, ClickUp, Annature or NowInfinity
• Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes (training will be provided)
• Experience managing business social media or LinkedIn content
