Job summary

CrewBloom is seeking an LBA Coordinator in a flexible, remote-friendly role. You will coordinate Licensed Behavior Analysts and clinical staff, monitor caseloads, and ensure timely documentation and communication with families and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ABA or healthcare coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The role prioritizes confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, ABA, healthcare administration or related field.
• 2+ years in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare coordination or clinical administration.
• Experience with LBAs/RBTs/clinical providers preferred.
• Strong scheduling, case management, and administrative coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and assignments for Licensed Behavior Analysts and clinical team members.
• Monitor caseloads and service schedules to support staffing.
• Track clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and supervision requirements.
• Escalate staffing, scheduling, or documentation issues to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date case and provider records and support audits.
