ModSquad is seeking a capable tech support agent to deliver top-notch assistance for our developer platform. The role emphasizes game engine knowledge, QA processes, and customer support with a strong workload for 20 hours weekly across flexible 24/7 shifts.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, experienced with Salesforce, and comfortable analyzing technical data while working remotely with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Very strong attention to detail and gaming knowledge.
• Experience with game engines, QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Technical customer support experience relevant to digital game platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketplace platforms; Salesforce experience beneficial.
• Ability to gather and analyze technical data and understand scripting concepts; strong English.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical customer support for a developer platform.
