Side is currently looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Player Support Agent to join its team. This remote role requires a minimum daily commitment of 6-7 hours and involves delivering comprehensive technical support to players across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8GB RAM and i5 or better processor required.
• Stable internet speed of 50+ Mbps with microphone and audio support.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries via email, chat, and callback.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot player problems efficiently.
• Guide users through product features and functionality.
