Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (4- or 5-year program).
• At least 2 years of work experience in banking operations; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule including night shift and graveyard shift.
• Willing to work on site in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Handle amendment and cancellation requests from remittance partners via email and SWIFT within the section’s turnaround time.
• Attend to remittance-related inquiries from tie-ups/subsidiary offices.
• Check and manage auto-cancellation arrangements per Marketing Development Officers’ advisories.
• Submit entries to the concerned unit and reconcile end-of-day reports with teller logs; prepare daily volume reports.
• Comply with bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and Code of Conduct.
