Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to accurately and efficiently process deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and other over-the-counter transactions in line with the Bank’s standards.

A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business; at least one year of branch operations experience is preferred though fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates must communicate clearly and be willing to be assigned to Lucan, Dolores, Pagbilao or Candelaria in Quezon Province.

Responsibilities

• Performs start/end of day banking activities per approved processes
• Provides customer service and may promote bank products and services
• Performs other duties as required
