Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks a Remittance Tie-up Funding Support Officer to monitor funding needs of remittance tie-ups and partners. You will coordinate funding requirements and trade transactions with multiple bank units and ensure timely preparation of daily details and confirmations.

You will also handle inquiries from tie-ups and partners and work with Business Development, Remittance Processing, Customer Service, and Reconciliation units to resolve issues and foster strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year or five-year course.
• 1–2 years or more in a related field/job.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on holidays/weekends.
• Willing to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Funding and Trade Facilitation: be the point of contact with remittance tie-ups and partners to manage funding requirements and trade transactions; ensure daily account details and trade confirmations are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Relationship management: respond to funding inquiries, assist in resolving issues with tie-ups and partners in coordination with bank units.

Job Summary

The Remittance Tie-up Funding Support Officer are responsible for the daily monitoring of funding requirements of remittance tie‑ups and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Funding and Trade Facilitation : You will be the point of contact of remittance tie‑ups and partners in managing their funding requirements and trade transactions in coordination with the different units of the bank and you will ensures that all the required daily account details and trade confirmations of tie‑ups and partners are prepared accurately and submitted within the prescribed time.
• Relationship management : Respond to funding inquiries of tie‑ups and partners and assist in the resolution of issues and/or concerns raised by tie‑ups and partners, in coordination with other concerned units of TBG Remittance (for e.g. Business Development, Remittance Processing, Customer Service, Reconciliation and Settlement)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder or graduate of any four-year or five-year course
• At least 1 - 2 years or experience in related field / job
• Has great communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work on Holidays / Weekends
• Must be willing to work on Graveyard shift
