Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in the Philippines to oversee the complete order lifecycle, ensure quotes are accurate, and monitor SLAs for timely invoicing. The role requires strong data handling, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with internal teams.

You will coordinate loan/trial deliveries, manage returns, and support complex orders while maintaining data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline.
• Customer-centric and delivery oriented.
• Strong analytical skills with data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and work with complex data.
• Experience in order processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order Management.
• Process checks and ensure quotes are complete and accurate before order creation.
• Monitor order-to-delivery lead-time per customer SLAs to ensure timely invoicing.
• Escalate orders pending credit clearance for internal/external lease.
• Monitor and clean up incomplete orders.
• Manage loan/trial machine deliveries and collections at customer sites.
• Handle return process and activation of external lease orders for prompt payment.
• Process movement requests for customer collections and update install baserecords.
• Liaise with contracts and manage complex orders creation.
• Collaborate on transport SLA results and resolve transport-related queries.
• Administer month-end procedures and ageing accruals.
• Maintain accounts pricing schemes for accurate reporting.
• Attend customer review meetings to audit queries and suggest improvements.
• Use reports for order status tracking and resolve related issues.
