Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in the Philippines to oversee the complete order lifecycle, ensure quotes are accurate, and monitor SLAs for timely invoicing. The role requires strong data handling, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with internal teams.

You will coordinate loan/trial deliveries, manage returns, and support complex orders while maintaining data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline.
  • Customer-centric and delivery oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work with complex data.
  • Experience in order processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Order Management.
  • Process checks and ensure quotes are complete and accurate before order creation.
  • Monitor order-to-delivery lead-time per customer SLAs to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Escalate orders pending credit clearance for internal/external lease.
  • Monitor and clean up incomplete orders.
  • Manage loan/trial machine deliveries and collections at customer sites.
  • Handle return process and activation of external lease orders for prompt payment.
  • Process movement requests for customer collections and update install baserecords.
  • Liaise with contracts and manage complex orders creation.
  • Collaborate on transport SLA results and resolve transport-related queries.
  • Administer month-end procedures and ageing accruals.
  • Maintain accounts pricing schemes for accurate reporting.
  • Attend customer review meetings to audit queries and suggest improvements.
  • Use reports for order status tracking and resolve related issues.

Essential Duties
  • Own the end-to-end Order Management
  • ProcessCheck and ensure quote is complete, accurate and in accordance with the paperwork signed by thecustomer, including contract details, prior to creation and booking order
  • Monitor the order to delivery lead-time in accordance with the customer contract SLAs to ensure timelyinvoicing
  • Escalate orders that are pending credit clearance for internal and external lease
  • Monitor and clean up incomplete orders
  • Manage the loan/trial machine deliveries and collections from the customer’s site
  • Handle return process
  • Manage External Lease orders through to activation to ensure orders are activated and Canon receivesprompt payment by lease partner
  • Process Movement Requests for customer collections using correct process and ensuring install baserecords are updated.
  • Checking the clean order requirements and working with external and internal customers to cleanse data orobtain additional information.Liaise with Contract
  • Management on the creation of complex orders
  • Liaise on transport SLA results and resolving any customer transport claims
  • Administer month end procedures such as customer query accruals, support sheet accruals and retroaccruals.
  • Responsibility for account maintenance such as pricing schemes to ensure correct reporting.
  • Attend customer review meetings to audit queries and recommend enhancements to services provided.
  • Use reports for order status tracking and resolve any related issues.
Qualifications
  • Specialist Knowledge: product and solutions knowledge to understand implications for order process
  • Previous Industry Experience: Sales and customer centric, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline
  • Highly customer focused and delivery oriented
  • Strong communication skills to understand (internal) customer issues and to find ways to exceed customerexpectations
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and quality conscious
  • Able to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data
