Qualifications

• Payroll practitioner experience using HRIS (HR/Payroll) applications.
• Worked in a team environment in an open plan office.
• Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce; Hours of work will be mostly during the daytime, with occasional additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with applicable agreements and policies.
• Maintain employee records (system and manual) and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle payroll inquiries and provide timely resolutions to complex questions.
• Participate in payroll system testing and process improvements.
