Job summary

Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) oversees Manila South Harbor and related port infrastructure, delivering integrated terminal and logistics services across Luzon.

The company seeks a Reliability Engineer to monitor equipment health, conduct CBM programs, and contribute to risk management by analyzing data and driving process improvements within a major port operations network in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with CBM experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of Reliability Engineering experience handling CBM programs.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, FRACAS and other reliability tools.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Integrate preventive and predictive maintenance tasks identified through the PDCA cycle of the equipment maintenance checklist.
• Analyze results monthly and report predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing outcomes.
• Maintain a database and analyze predictive maintenance test results.
• Inform the Engineering Risk Register with monitoring outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer to drive process improvements via data analysis.
• Benchmark ATI's processes against industry best practices.
• Provide monthly reports on Planned Maintenance benefits and challenges.
