Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) seeks a Procurement Officer to ensure transparent, competitive, and compliant procurement while aiding project delivery, cost optimization, and risk management.
The role involves managing end-to-end procurement for civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects, coordinating contractor sourcing and post‑award activities, and working closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operations.
