Responsibilities

Budget Monitoring: Monitor spendings vs AFEs and manage up to 20 AFEs.
Cost control and Payment Management: Review Interim Payment Applications and coordinate with treasury.
Variation & Claim Validation: Review change orders and claims to prevent overbilling.
Financial Forecasting: Reconcile actuals and forecasts through project completion.
Cross-Department Coordination: Align cost data with Procurement, Contracts, and Project Teams.
