Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking in Region 4B-MIMAROPA to grow the bank's deposit portfolio and customer base through proactive business development and relationship management.

You will acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, promote banking products, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer service in collaboration with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Familiar with BSP regulations, AML/KYC, and banking compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow deposit accounts and funds portfolio.
• Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients through sales calls and presentations.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
• Evaluate client needs and facilitate referrals for loans, credit cards, bancassurance, and other bank products.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
• Support branch sales initiatives and promote a strong customer service culture.
• Prepare and submit sales activity and client call reports.
