Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines in Makati City is hiring a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to plan and execute sales strategies that boost deposits and overall business growth while coordinating with service and operations teams.

You will generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, manage client relationships through regular calls and presentations, identify client needs to offer suitable banking solutions, and support cross-selling across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven sales experience with CASA generation and client acquisition.
• Strong relationship management and cross-selling capabilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit assessment, and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, growing the client portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular business calls, presentations, and account management.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while actively cross-selling products and services.
• Evaluate credit opportunities and endorse qualified loan and credit applications with complete documentation.
• Partner with branch operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer service and overall business growth.
