Job summary

Bank Of China Limited in the Philippines is seeking a corporate banking professional to retain and grow non-credit/credit customers and corporate deposits from the existing portfolio, while soliciting new funds from new-to-bank corporate clients.

The role also covers handling walk-in enquiries, opening new corporate accounts with KYC, daily customer service across a portfolio of corporate customers, and monitoring KYC reviews for various risk levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance Studies or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Corporate Deposit.
• Outgoing and comfortable meeting clients.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow effective non-credit/credit customers and corporate deposits.
• Attend walk-in corporate enquiries and handle new corporate account openings with KYC.
• Maintain daily service and manage portfolio of existing corporate clients, with annual KYC reviews.
• Identify low-risk credit business opportunities within existing/non-credit portfolio.
• Promote and cross-sell Bank products and services.
• Handle corporate non-credit service requests and complaint management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by department and branch.
