Job summary

Bank Of China Limited in the Philippines is seeking a corporate banking professional to retain and grow non-credit/credit customers and corporate deposits from the existing portfolio, while soliciting new funds from new-to-bank corporate clients.

The role also covers handling walk-in enquiries, opening new corporate accounts with KYC, daily customer service across a portfolio of corporate customers, and monitoring KYC reviews for various risk levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance Studies or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Corporate Deposit.
• Outgoing and comfortable meeting clients.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English.

Job Description:

1. Retain and grow effective non-credit/ credit customers and corporate deposits base from existing portfolio as well as soliciting fresh fund from New-to-Bank corporate customers, and to increase revenue contribution.

2. Attend to walk-in corporate customers' enquiries, responsible for handling new corporate account opening applications and conduct necessary KYC checks.

3. Responsible for daily customer service and maintenance of assigned portfolio of existing non-credit corporate customers, as well as post-transaction monitoring and submitting KYC annual reviews for low, medium, and high-risk customers.

4. Low-Risk Credit Business Development

Responsible for identifying low-risk credit business opportunities (including but not limited to full margin pledges, time deposit pledges, low-risk letters of credit, etc.) within the existing non-credit customer portfolio and among potential customers within the branch.

5. Promote and cross-sell the Bank's various products and services.

6. Handle corporate non-credit customer service request and complaint management.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department and the branch.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance Studies and/or related fields.

2. 2 years’ experience of Corporate Deposit.

3. Outgoing and comfortable in meeting new/existing clients.

4. Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.

5. Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

6. Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ.
