Job summary

Metrobank Bocaue Bulacan is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive growth of loan and deposit portfolios by managing end-to-end client relationships—from business development and credit evaluation to deal structuring and portfolio management.

You will provide tailored financial solutions across loans, treasury, trade, and transaction banking products while ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and compliance; you will build long-term client partnerships to support sustainable revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
3–5 years of relevant account management experience in banking/financial services.
Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis skills.
Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and calls.
Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients.
Understand client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury.
Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis and structuring.
Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and timely processing.
