Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Reporting to lead the Regulatory Reporting team in Manila. The role focuses on end-to-end reporting across EMIR, SFTR and global regimes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a robust control framework.

You will partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Tech to manage reporting risks, drive improvements, and support regulatory change initiatives in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Significant regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience collaborating with technology and risk/compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting across regimes (EMIR, SFTR, etc.).
• Oversee accuracy, timeliness and quality of submissions.
• Manage exceptions, breaks and remediation with root cause analysis.
• Engage regulators, counterparties and senior management on reporting matters.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
