Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila is seeking a regulatory reporting and accounting professional to support EMEA-related activities within a global financial services firm. The role covers preparing and reviewing regulatory and daily monitoring reports, and collaborating with internal partners to improve processes and ensure accurate financial results.

Ideal candidates hold 2–4 years of accounting experience, an undergraduate degree in accounting, and CPA consideration; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of corporate or industry accounting experience.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines by multi-tasking and prioritizing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews regulatory reports for various entities.
• Prepares and reviews daily monitoring for various entities.
• Acts as a key contact for internal partners with clear communication of regulatory and financial results.
• Recommend and implement process improvements identified in day-to-day work.
• Perform analyses to assess impact of changes in regulations and new business.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on cross-functional processes or projects.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory reporting systems and share knowledge through training.
