Job summary

Delta Capita in Bangalore, with a hybrid model, seeks an Associate, Regulatory Operations to manage daily client reporting, verify data accuracy, and resolve exceptions within SLAs. You will gain exposure to multiple regimes (CFTC, EMIR, MiFIR/MiFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, HKMA) and support data quality checks and control processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in regulatory reporting or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and excellent written English for precise

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years’ experience in regulatory reporting, trade support, middle office or reconciliations at a financial institution or vendor.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily Reporting Operations: monitor data arrivals against windows and verify completeness and timeliness.
• Exception Resolution: investigate and clear routine exceptions with approvals and documented findings.
• Post-Reporting Assurance: run reconciliations and quality checks, quantify affected populations.
• Control and Reporting: evidence daily controls, approve changes and contribute to monthly packs.
