We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join LCH Operations in the role of Manager, Regulatory Reporting, based in Manila. The Manager for Regulatory Reporting is responsible for leading the Regulatory Reporting team and ensuring the effective delivery of all regulatory reporting obligations. The role oversees daily reporting activities, management of matching and pairing exceptions, regulatory reporting controls, stakeholder engagement, change initiatives and continuous process improvements.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for regulators, counterparties, internal control functions, technology teams and senior management, ensuring regulatory reporting risks are proactively identified, managed and raised where necessary.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Operations team in Manila. This role offers an opportunity to lead regulatory reporting activities within a global clearing environment, supporting interested parties across multiple regions including London, Paris, New York, Sydney, and Singapore.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of regulatory reporting obligations, while maintaining a strong control framework and managing reporting risks. This function encompasses the monitoring of the LCH regulatory reporting which coversRepoClear,DigitalAssetClear,CDSClearand Treasury services. Conduct review of all the submissions, investigation of failures, correction of IT bugs.
