Job summary

Macquarie Group in Manila is seeking a leader for the Non-Financial Risk Reporting team. You will own end-to-end delivery of NFR reporting, oversee a team of analysts and managers, and ensure timely, accurate risk insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk reporting, analytics, audit or financial services.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risk frameworks and control environments.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience in reporting transformation, including automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, senior analysts and managers; own end-to-end NFR reporting delivery.
• Oversee production of senior management and Board reporting; drive quality improvements.
• Develop dashboards and automation workflows; partner with data teams to improve data lineage and quality.
• Engage senior stakeholders; provide advisory support and governance uplift initiatives.
