Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Lead Analyst for the Corporate Actions Manila Equities team. You will ensure accurate data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support client queries, working with Workspace and DataScope.

You will develop domain expertise, handle diverse tasks, and collaborate with internal/external clients while upholding data quality and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and LSEG platforms.
• Basic SQL and Power Automate knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to challenge status quo and take accountability for regional research.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain data accurately and timely in databases.
• Liaise with internal/external teams to resolve data queries.
• Develop expertise in data related issues and market practices.
• Build knowledge of financial regulations and conventions.
• Maximize use of tools to maintain data quality daily.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and completeness per standards.
• Test new database releases and provide user feedback.
• Support projects and workstreams as assigned by manager.
• Follow change control procedures and data policies.
• Train or support less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs.
